FRANKLIN, Va. -- Bronco Federal Credit Union recently appointed Brian Hedgepeth as the CU's new director of Retail Services.
In this newly created position, Hedgepeth will be responsible for overall development and coordination of retail services activities, which will include product management, consumer lending and deposit services.
Hedgepeth comes from 26 years in banking and according to the CU he is a well-seasoned financial expert. Advances in his banking career took him from branch manager to vice president and business banking officer at SunTrust Bank.
He is excited to be a part of the credit union family saying, "One of the aspects I like best about the financial industry is the people contact--personalizing what is typically a non-personal experience is what I believe in. I enjoy helping people, and that's what credit unions are about."
