The tech CUSO of $3.9 billion Wescom Credit Union has nearly 100 credit union clients of its own and says it has undertaken the rebranding to make things simpler for current and future clients.
MemberEdge core online banking includes functionality such as account balances and history, new account opening, transfers, member inquiries and marketing banners and promotions.
WRG also is categorizing add-on products into suites based on specific features, using the "M" and "E" from the new name to create ConnectME for connection to third-party financial accounts such as ACH transfers and for check ordering and imaging; TellME for real-time alerts, SMS notifications and e-statement and SMS notifications; SecureME for multi-factors authentication, closed-end messaging and PIN management; and BillME for bill pay and skip-a-pay online options.
