MADISON, Wis. -- CUES has selected Mike Kolb, director, Shell Federal Credit Union based in Deer Park, Texas, as the newest member from the CUES Directors Educational Forum to serve on its Directors Advisory Panel.
Leo Blais, director, Coventry Credit Union, and Vernon Hutton, III, director, Navy Federal Credit Union have completed one year of service and are leaving the panel.
Blais and Hutton were among the original members of the Directors Advisory Panel when it was formed in 2006.
Members continuing to serve on the Directors Advisory Panel are J. Alvin George, CCD, director, North Island Credit Union; Marty Goldman, CCD, chairman, Marine Federal Credit Union; Shirley Jenkins, secretary, Municipal Credit Union; Jose Quinonez, advisory director, Greater El Paso's Credit Union; and Stanley Rittenhouse, treasurer and CEO, Fairmont Federal Credit Union.
The panel will meet this June during CUES Annual Convention: Marketing & Technology for Credit Union Directors, at the Atlantis Paradise Island, Bahamas.
The Director Advisory Panel is dedicated to better serving volunteers of the credit union movement through collaborative content development. Panel members offer suggestions to help enhance and improve the board-specific offerings developed by CUES.
