CINCINNATI, Ohio — After over 20 years DEI IncorporatedPresident Richard Grow is stepping down and has named ExecutiveVice President of Sales Ned Compton the company's acting presidentas of April 1, 2007. Grow will assume the role of chairman. “Ibegan DEI more than 20 years ago to provide an efficient and uniquedesign and construction solution for the financial industry,” saidGrow. “I feel DEI has proven themselves as an industry leader forits dedication to the financial field, ethical business practicesand innovative design. Although I will remain strategicallyinvolved in the company, Ned has proven himself more than capableto handle the day-to-day operations.”

In Compton's address to the company he detailed his vision forthe future to triple the size of the company in five to sevenyears.

“Richard's faith in me means a lot knowing that he built DEIfrom the ground up,” said Compton. “I plan to continue DEI's growthand take our business to the next level. Our recent brandingcampaign is only the beginning of the new DEI.”
