Community Financial Services FCU Switches to Summit

LINDEN, N.J. -- Community Financial Services Federal Credit Union will be converting to an online core processing platform from Summit Information Systems, the company and credit union say.

The $45 million CU expects to see growth in new accounts in the wake of its conversion to a community charter and move into new headquarters, says its CEO, Tom Anderson.

In addition to running the Summit Spectrum core platform, Community Financial Services (www.lindenfcu.org) plans to use Summit's Branch Suite solution with its member-centric view that includes driver's license and signature capture, as well as Fiserv's EFT debit card, imaging and 5300 Call Report Assistant solutions.

Community Financial Services FCU currently is an Open Solutions client, according to the NCUA Web site. Summit Information Systems is an Oregon-based credit union core processing unit of Fiserv.
