GEISMAR, La. -- Wymar Federal Credit Union celebrated the new year in style by rewarding its membership with a $500,000 bonus.
The bonus dividend represented 69.91% of the dividends already paid to the members in 2006, while the interest refund represented a return to members of 16.40% of the interest they paid on their loans l ast year.
Wymar FCU serves more than 3,600 members.
