PORTSMOUTH, N.H. -- SilverCloud Software says it added eight new credit union customers in December to its list of more than 140 using the company's knowledge management systems.
They are $1.2 billion California Credit Union in Glendale, Calif., $703 million Elevations FCU in Boulder, Colo., $480 million U.S. New Mexico FCU in Albuquerque, N.M., $420 million Three Rivers FCU in Fort Wayne, Ind., $243 million Call FCU in Richmond, Va., $146 million Canyon State CU in Phoenix, $115 million WyHy FCU in Cheyenne, Wyo., and $26 million Hannaford Associates FCU in Portland, Maine.
SilverCloud says it also has signed Aho Consulting Inc., a credit union consulting firm in Irving, Texas, and expanded its contract with $3.7 billion America First CU in Ogden, Utah.
Most of the clients will be deploying the company's KnowledgeBooks solution for its employees to use for such needs as member and policy questions, procedures, systems information, training and regulations, the company says.
