DULUTH, Ga. -- Georgia Federal Credit Union is using integrated software tools from three sources to streamline and expand its lending processes.
The $402 million CU is now using the KeyBridge integration tool from eCU Technologies to download member application data from CUNA Mutual Group's loanliner.com into the CU's core processing system from Symitar.
The integrated process allows the credit union to provide online loan applications and decisioning to members spread across the state, says Mark Waller, vice president of lending for the 81,500-member CU based in the Atlanta suburbs.
"We've been a Symitar user for a few years now, but we wanted to incorporate instant decisioning with our loans," Waller says.
The streamlined process will increase automation throughout the loan process, help eliminate errors and increase loan volume, the CU says.
eCU Technologies, a tech CUSO of Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union, now has 22 clients using its integration tools to tie loanliner.com to Symitar platforms.
