NORTHVILLE TOWNSHIP, Mich. -- HR Value Group, a human resources consulting and recruiting company, has partnered with CUcorp, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Michigan Credit Union League.
The alliance will provide executive recruitment services, human resources consulting and products and solutions for assisting credit unions and credit union organizations with their human resource management needs. Among them will be CUCareerBuilder, a credit union-branded version of CareerBuilder.com, an online recruitment tool and CUcorp's Raindance online Web conferencing platform and operations and disaster recovery manuals.
CUcorp CEO Dave Adams will serve as CEO under the management agreement while CUcorp Vice President Jim Fournier will serve as chief operating officer managing the day-to-day operations. Adams is also president/CEO of the Michigan Credit Union League.
"CUcorp sees this alliance as a great complement to our CUCare product offerings," Adams said. "We already share the values of HRVG as an investor. We look forward now to sharing our HR products, management support and marketing expertise for the benefit of all shareholders and customers."
HR Value Group Chairman Paul Mercer described the alliance as a partnership that will allow the company to expand its product offerings and strengthen its management expertise.

Middleton, Wis.-based HR Value Group provides services to 20 state leagues and CUNA Mutual Group.
