Northeast Credit Union, Portsmouth, N.H., hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony for its main office grand reopening recently. The CU's newly expanded and renovated building includes a Community Room which can be used free of charge by area nonprofit organizations. In addition to many other guests at the celebration, the CU was pleased to have three children from Northeast Credit Union's first president back in 1936, Bart Dalla Mura. Patriot Federal Credit Union, Chambersburg, Pa., recently held a groundbreaking ceremony for the expansion project for its main office. When completed, PFCU's main office will occupy approximately 46,000 square feet. An "InfoPort" will display literature about products and services, as well as, provide a computer for members to research financial information. Another computer, housed at the "Demo Desk," will provide membership officers with the opportunity to educate members about various online products that the CU offers. The completion for the Wayne Avenue expansion project is tentatively set for Nov. 2007.
