WASHINGTON -- Speaking at CUNA's National Financial Literacy Summit, USDA Cooperative State Research Education and Extension Service National Program Leader Jane Schuchardt named three ingredients to a successful financial education campaign:
1) "Create demand. We have tons of supply."
2) "Always, always answer the 'so what?' question."--Turn 'I know/will' into 'I do/do over time.'
