PASADENA, Calif. - Two more credit unions will be using Wescom Resources Group's integration solution to customize software for their Symitar Episys platforms. They are $514 million Utilities Employees Credit Union of Reading, Pa., and $171 million Community One Credit Union in Las Vegas. The CU Integrator tools allow programmers full access to the host system without knowledge of a proprietary language. That reduces development time and makes it easier to hire and deploy programmers, according to the tech CUSO of $3.5 billion Wescom Credit Union. Community One CU also will be using the CUDL3 Interface that WRG developed for CU Direct's indirect lending platform. Features include automated processes for reviewing existing accounts, account creation and identity verification, and clickable transfer of applicant, vehicle, loan and credit report data. WRG now has more than 75 credit union clients for its services, which also include a service bureau, disaster recovery, item processing, home banking, bill pay, statements and alerts.
