Communication Federal Credit Union, Oklahoma City, Vice President of Operations Billy McDaniel has graduated from the Southwest CUNA Management School, a three-year program for credit union executives held at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. McDaniel received the Award of Excellence which is the top honor presented to a graduate. The school emphasizes strategic long-range planning for credit unions. The primary requirement for graduation is completion of a three-year strategic business plan for the student's own credit union. Freedom Federal Credit Union, Bel Air, Md., has named the winner of its Add-on /Bump Up drawing. Longtime member Josephine Barker not only recived a gift basket full of Freedom and IronBirds merchandise but also use of the "Owners' Suite" at Ripken Stadium. Barker and 29 of her friends, family and former co-workers made the most of the suite during Aberdeen IronBirds Fan Appreciation night.
