FAIRFAX, Va. – FedComp Inc. and the Maryland and District of Columbia Credit Union Association (MDDCCUA) have formed a partnership to provide FedComp's core processing software and other services to the organization's membership. The MDDCCUA (www.mddccua.org), recently formed by the merger of the Maryland and District of Columbia leagues, has 139 affiliate credit unions representing 2.1 million users. Fairfax-based FedComp (www.fedcomp.com), a specialist in serving small credit unions, has its software in use by more than 1,200 credit unions. "FedComp and MDDCCUA will work together to provide industry-leading data processing technology and support to current and future clients in Maryland and the District of Columbia," the organizations said in their announcement. "This partnership formalizes an already solid relationship between the two organizations and allows them to grow together with the credit unions in Maryland and the District," they said.
