INDIANAPOLIS – fiVISION (www.fivision.com) has added an account opening solution to the tech CUSO's lineup of products and services, with $2.8 billion Digital Credit Union as its first user. Called accountWORKS, the software is focused on making account opening consistent across online, mail and in-branch processes and integrates with the CUSO's CRM platform to enhance the credit union's relationship with the member from the first stages. DCU (www.dcu.org) is now averaging 1,700 new memberships a month on the platform, including more than 350 done online. The CU now has about 257,000 members. "The ability to enter information from an application once – and have the system pull credit, OFAC and fraud checks, decision the application automatically and create the new record on our host processor has cut our staff time in half," says Craig Roy, the Marlborough, Mass.-based CU's vice president of support services.
