HARRISBURG, Pa. – eCU Technologies has provided consulting services to five more credit unions in the past few months, according to the tech CUSO for Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union. They are $1.6 billion MacDill FCU in Tampa, Fla.; $861 million Newport News Shipbuilding Employees' CU in Virginia; $531 million AMERICU in Rome, N.Y., $517 million Philadelphia FCU and $159 million Agriculture FCU in Alexandria, Va. The services ranged from helping the Newport News CU with scripted report generations for flexible rate certificates to deploying eCU's history conversion services at Philadelphia FCU for its conversion from an AFTECH to a Symitar core platform this fall. "The demand for our consulting services is as strong as ever," says Alan Brunner, COO for eCU Technologies (www.ecutechnologies.com.) He says his organization also has made two recent hires with Symitar programming and analyst experience for its consulting group: Bill Clark from Deere Harvester Credit Union and Jason Leader from Jax FCU. eCU recently lost four of its consulting group employees when they formed a new venture, CUTEK, in California.
