INDIAN WELLS, Calif. - Prime Alliance has unveiled the latest update to its loan origination platform - Version 20.05. The CUSO says the latest release adds FHA and Construction Lending to the company's already impressive list of supported lending programs. It includes features that enable the simultaneous cross-sell of home equity loans with the approval of a first mortgage. Prime Alliance member credit unions are also able to provide their members with both a credit and collateral approval for second mortgage and home equity loans. Closing documents for second mortgages round out the platform's new lending capabilities. Among some of the other new features of Version 20.05 are: the ability for credit unions to customize the look of their Prime Alliance site to meet their branding requirements and to change the look of their sites in real-time, any time; a self-contained credit decision engine that can be used alone or with other decisioning tools; and ad hoc reporting capabilities that give Prime Alliance credit unions access to data that will improve operational efficiencies and strategic lending decision making.
