KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. - SEDONA Corp. has released an upgraded version of its customer relationship management (CRM) solution for small and mid-sized financial solutions. Intarsia Version 5.3 includes more robust reporting functions, individual dashboard objects for each portal user, more alert options and the addition of tables and other built-in support specifically for credit unions. Mike Parker, member research analyst at $5.4 billion Orange County Teachers Federal Credit Union in California, said, "We're very interested in getting membership-level data structure that is available in Intarsia. That is really key for us so we can analyze our information at the member level." The new version of Intarsia was released at the recent SEDONA (www.sedondacorp.com) user meeting in Philadelphia. The company's CRM technology is used at financial institutions nationwide, and is integrated into offerings from Fiserv and Open Solutions Inc.
