KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. – SEDONA Corp. has released an upgradedversion of its customer relationship management (CRM) solution forsmall and mid-sized financial solutions. Intarsia Version 5.3includes more robust reporting functions, individual dashboardobjects for each portal user, more alert options and the additionof tables and other built-in support specifically for creditunions. Mike Parker, member research analyst at $5.4 billion OrangeCounty Teachers Federal Credit Union in California, said, “We'revery interested in getting membership-level data structure that isavailable in Intarsia. That is really key for us so we can analyzeour information at the member level.” The new version of Intarsiawas released at the recent SEDONA (www.sedondacorp.com) usermeeting in Philadelphia. The company's CRM technology is used atfinancial institutions nationwide, and is integrated into offeringsfrom Fiserv and Open Solutions Inc.
