BEL AIR, Md. – Freedom Federal Credit Union has recently partnered with Prospect Mill Elementary School to reward participants in their fourth grade Patriot Program. Developed to provide an opportunity for students to gain a sense of patriotism and develop an awareness of this country's past, present, and future, the program promotes a sense of citizenship and pride in America's heritage. In keeping with Freedom's commitment to the community ,Freedom FCU CEO Rose Ann Lambert and Board Director Walt Davies recently distributed t-shirts and "Prospect Mill Elementary Patriot" back packs to commemorate program graduates. "The program and incentives were successful. Seventy-one fourth graders completed the program. That number represented 50% of all students in the fourth grade, an increase from the 33% participating last year," said CeeCee Meholic, President of the P.M.E.S. PTA.
