DI Packages A2A/P2P Capability with Online Banking Suite

CALABASAS, Calif. - Digital Insight now is offering account-to-account and person-to-person transfers and payments integrated with account aggregation as part of its Internet banking package. The single sign-on service is in partnership with CashEdge, a provider of fund-transfer technology to hundreds of major financial services organizations. The service, called Funds Transfer w/Aggregation, provides a "dashboard" that consolidates balance and transaction data from each of the user's aggregated banking, investment, credit card and loan accounts, even if each is with a different institution. The new offering "helps our clients drive retention and increase assets and fee income," says Jeff Stiefler, DI chairman, president and CEO. The company says its clients who currently use funds transfer experience more than 70% of all transfers as inbound, resulting in 5% average net increase in income. An initial user is $312 million University of Virginia Community Credit Union.
