Kudos to David Morrison on his well-written article in the April 6 issue on the costs the members will pay in the Community CU conversion to a bank. Also, many thanks to Community Credit Union member and Credit Union Times correspondent Jana Fowler on her questions to the spokesperson for the credit union. These are the questions and answers that should be read by all the Community Credit Union members before they vote. "I will have Gary (Base) call you back," were some of the answers indicating that the paid employee does not understand why the credit union is converting. Community Credit Union members need to be as well-informed as the readers of this great publication. By the way, hope you're not holding your breath waiting for Gary's call.
