OMAHA, Neb. – The Nebraska Credit Union League said its servicecorporation has signed up with Accel Members Financial Managementof Farmington Hills, Mich. to offer financial education counselingservices for member CUs. Accel said the linkup with the NebraskaLeague would be the fifth such state league affiliation. TheNebraska League said the program would “significantly reduce chargeoff and bankruptcy by more than the cost of the program byproviding options for members who are struggling financially.” TheAccel program, said the League, enhances “our ongoing financialliteracy efforts.”
