Wisconsin Credit Union League, Pewaukee, has named Tom Liebe director of government affairs and Jeremy Schmidt, manager of the League Collection Agency, Inc. American 1 Federal Credit Union, Jackson, Mich., has named Dale Taratuta vice president of finance and Tracy Hatt security officer.
