Three Rivers Federal Credit Union, Fort Wayne, Ind., has appointed Jeff Meyer President/CEO. Meyer replaces James G. Mills, who has retired after serving in the President/CEO position since 1985. K.C. Police Credit Union, Kansas City, Missouri, has appointed Douglas L. DeGroot vice president/chief operating officer. Wisconsin Credit Union League, Pewaukee, has named Tom Liebe director of government affairs and Jeremy Schmidt, manager of the League Collection Agency, Inc. American 1 Federal Credit Union, Jackson, Mich., has named Dale Taratuta vice president of finance and Tracy Hatt security officer.
