The materials available include thefollowing: *A Check 21 Special Report providing informationapplicable to credit unions. *A Question and Answer ConsumerPamphlet credit unions can download, customize and print to helpaddress their members' concerns/questions regarding Check 21. *ASpecial Edition of Empire's member operationally focusednewsletter, Operational Insight, highlighting information specificto the corporate and its products and member relationships. Empirehas also developed a series of Check 21 in-person educationalsessions it will hold throughout the nation. This week alone fourare taking place in South Dakota. The sessions cover an overview ofCheck 21, implications to credit unions and consumers, legal anddisclosure issues as well as free for all Q&A.
