CEFCU, Peoria, Ill., has awarded scholarships to three members to attend Illinois Central College. The lucky recipients are Ryan Beals, Kayla Fitzgerald and Ruth Glueck. Up to $1,000 was given to each of the scholarship recipients for the 2003-2004 academic year.
