The credit union enrolled animpressive 1,169 new members into its eStatement program this June,up by 69 over the previous record. Digital Mailer, which providesthe technology behind the product, awarded First Community CU the“highest enrollment title.” One of the keys to success was employeepromotion. The credit union set weekly eStatement enrollment goalsand if they were met, employees were given a casual dress day, aswell as other perks. The credit union archives 12 months ofstatements online for members to download.
