An invitation went out from both corporates to Hawaii CUs inviting them to an informational meeting to discuss the merger. The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday Aug. 20 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. to be held at the Honolulu Country Club. A prime rib buffet luncheon will be served. Those invited are asked to confirm their attendance by Aug. 13 by calling Jody De Ponte at (800) 548-4251, ext. 201. According to the invitation, airfare for outer island CUs and those from Guam will be reimbursed.
