HARRISBURG, Pa. – Michael Wishnow, former press secretary and manager of consumer services and information for the Pennsylvania Department of Banking, has joined the Pennsylvania Credit Union Association as vice president, communications & marketing. He succeeds Shannon Villa who relocated with her family to Philadelphia. Wishnow worked for the state Department of Banking for 15 years. His responsibilities as press secretary were his most recent position at the agency. Wishnow holds both a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in political science and communications from the University of Pittsburgh.
