Fiserv/FSV Cardholders Can Utilize Payroll Debit Cards Via Allpoint

BROOKFIELD, Wis. - Fiserv announced that an agreement providing for surcharge-free ATM transactions for its payroll debit card programs has been signed between Financial Stored Value (FSV) Payment Systems Ltd. and ATM National, operator of Allpoint, a nationwide network of 23,000 surcharge-free ATMs. Access for Fiserv and FSV cardholders at Allpoint ATMs will be available in all 50 states by mid-July 2003. Fiserv offers its payroll debit card program through a relationship with FSV Payment Systems, a leader in the growing stored value marketplace. "With the growing interest in payroll debit cards, there also has been growing concern by employers on how to meet necessary free-and-clear compliance issues," said Jackie Binks, Vice President of Business Development for the Fiserv Bank Servicing Group. "This agreement solves that problem."
