LENEXA, Kan. – CommunityAmerica Credit Union's Human Resources team has been singled out as the 2003 Paragon Award winner for excellence and best practices in human resources in the Kansas City area. Co-sponsored by the Human Resource Management Association of Greater Kansas City and the Excellence in Missouri Foundation, the award recognizes achievement in six categories: human resources strategy, human resources management practices, employee education, employee well-being and satisfaction, evaluation methods and human resources organizational level results. "We are honored to be recognized as the winner of the Paragon Award this year," said Jean Claytor, CommunityAmerica CU employee services director. "Being recognized for our accomplishments is a testament to our dedication to making CommunityAmerica a nicer place to work." The award will be presented June 18 at the annual Human Resource Management Association Awards Banquet.
