It is a step-by-step process for helping credit unions clarify their direction, establish action plans, reinvigorate enthusiasm and focus efforts on what's important to the CU's success. It is given in session format, including a one-day working session with a CU's senior leadership team and CUNA Mutual senior consultant. Compass is priced at $1,900.
