Columbia Credit Union, Vancouver, Wash., has named Barbara Carlson Riverstone branch manager; Sabrina Riggins outside loan officer; and Stephen Dick outside loan officer. Mission Federal Credit Union, San Deigo, has promoted Dan Colt to vice president of technology. In addition, Mission FCU has named Rebecca Witby Mission Investments manager. Nevada Federal Credit Union, Las Vegas, has named Chris A. Wible vice president of member investments/insurance services. Santa Ana Federal Credit Union, Calif., has elected Wayne Bowman, supervisory committee chairman and board director. Bowman takes the place of Joyce Lawson, who has retired from the board after a total of 29 years of volunteer service. Lawson will be concentrating on community service, especially with the St. Joseph's Hospital in Orange, California. In addition, SAFCU has elected the following volunteers directors of the supervisory committee: Carolyn Grubs, Barbara Pena, Jill Mahany and Michael Hennessey.
