BROOKFIELD, Wis. - Fiserv announced that Norm Balthasar was named to the newly created position of Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Fiserv also created four new operating groups from its former Financial Institution Group and promoted division presidents to lead those operations. They join the current group presidents: Bob Beriault (Securities and Trust Services Group), Michael Gantt (Insurance Solutions Group), Tom Neill (Credit Union and Industry Products Group) and Dean Schmelzer (Marketing and Sales). All will report to Fiserv President/CEO Les Muma.
