CGI's CU division launches browser-based solution set

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. - CGI's credit union division has created of a new suite of browser-based solutions and services for CUs. The CyberSuite is comprised of a collection of applications called CyberBranch, CyberBranch@Home, CyberGateway, and CyberPlus and will be ready for general release in the first quarter of 2003. Product descriptions are as follows: *

CyberBranch - single-window access to member information including core banking, lending and member relationship management; *

CyberBranch@Home -home banking and Web solutions that give members direct access to their credit union; *

CyberGateway - cardholder transaction management services for debit and ATM services; *

CyberPlus - customized solutions to further enhance a credit union's service standard. CGI's credit union team is moving all core application services to a browser-based format because it says it allows for ease of integration of other functionalities. "Our goal is for CyberSuite to address every possible credit union need in one intuitive, browser- based application," said Warren Marshall, Vice- President of Marketing for CGI's credit union division.
