Government Agencies Federal Credit Union, El Centro, Calif., has appointed George Kirschner president/CEO. Kirschner replaces Beverly Dawson who retired in December 2001. Denali Alaskan Federal Credit Union, Anchorage, has named Gordy Miller human resources director. In addition DAFCU has promoted Carmela Warfield to assistant manager.</p>
