<p>KANSAS CITY, Mo. - H&R Block has partnered with credit unions throughout the country to make personal tax preparation services available to members at special prices. Block is tailoring tax preparation product offerings to suit the needs of a credit union's members. The individual relationships can include some or all of the following services: a series of free educational seminars held on-site at credit unions that cover a range of topics including recent tax law changes, Rapid Refund options, and taxpayer rights; H&R tax professionals keeping regular office hours at CU branches during tax season; access from CU Web sites to an Online Tax Center powered by H&R Block. So far, 15 credit unions have signed up for the service, a company statement said. H&R Block is the parent company of McGladrey & Pullen, the sixth largest CPA firm in the U.S., and RSM McGladrey Inc., a leading accounting, tax and consulting firm for mid-size companies in the U.S. Last year, RSM McGladrey merged with O'Rourke, Sacher & Moulton, the leading CU auditing and consulting firm in the U.S.</p>
