<p>Wisconsin Credit Union League, Pewaukee, has recognized the following credit unions that will be celebrating landmark anniversaries in 2002: 75 years- Kenosha Postal Employees CU, Pioneer CU; 50 years- Douglas County CU, Brokaw CU, Lakeside, CU Dings Employees CU, Harbor CU, Whiting Plover CU, Dairyland Power CU, U.S. Paper Mills CU, Menasha Corporation Employees CU, Oshkosh Truck CU; and 25 years – Leeson Employees CU. The credit unions will have collectively provided 675 years of service. Earthmover Credit Union, Aurora, Ill., has recently celebrated Collection Officer Steve Hawkins' five-year anniversary. Hawkins was presented with a certificate and staff celebrated his years of service with cake and refreshments. Redwood Credit Union, Santa Rosa, Calif., has reached many milestones in 2001.Not only did RCU report a 10% increase in net income but assets grew to $731 million representing a 21% increase. In addition, loans jumped $85 million to $620 million and deposits grew $117 million to $672 million. RCU also introduced RCU Services Group, a wholly owned subsidiary offering financial planning, investments, insurance and auto purchasing services. Priority One Credit Union, Pasadena, Calif., has celebrated its 75th year of providing financial services with a gala anniversary ball at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. Attendees enjoyed a formal sit-down dinner and entertainment, which included Mae West, Clark Gable and Marilyn Monroe impersonators. Several dignitaries gave recognition to the credit union for its accomplishments including the Honorable John L. Burton, Senate President Pro-Tem, Governor Gray Davis and former president Bill Clinton.</p>
