MENLO PARK, Calif. - Tech execs have the ear of their CEO. A new study by RHI Management Resources found that 45% of CFOs polled said their firm's most senior IT exec reports directly to the CEO. Fifteen percent of CFOs said they supervise the top IT exec; with 8% of COOs saying they do. The survey was based on responses from 1,400 CFOs.
