HOUSTON, Texas - CommonVision recently completed the development of VisionMonitor Interactive 2.0, an Intranet portal that it says is well-suited for credit unions. A free product download is available at www.visionmonitor.com. It allows aggregation of information to each user's desktop in a secure environment. Each user, group, or project team can customize their desktop and organize information they access every day such as corporate news, calendars, corporate documents, multiple Web sites, and live information feeds. Administrator's can set up various user groups, target content to groups, add any Web page to content, allow or deny access to documents, push information, and more. Commonly used applications, forms, and other information can be set up as a link to the information, or a main page in the layout. VisionMonitor Interactive 2.0 also supports the use of multiple layouts or "skins". Alternate graphics can be created and added to the system in order to customize the look and feel. VisionMonitor is the product division of CommonVision, LLC, Houston.
