INDIANAPOLIS – Credit union data processor re:Member Data here has released StreamLine, a XML real-time interface module available for its cuStar core data processing software that assists in automating workflow. StreamLine was developed for use in call centers and at the member service/new account desk, and development is underway for its implementation at the teller line. "The StreamLine feature is a tremendous step forward in automating the functions that credit union staff members use most often, such as account opening, cash deposits & withdrawals, account inquiries, and loan payments," said re:Member Data's VP of Business Development Kristie Greenleaf. re:Member said the system can be configured to match each credit union's unique workflow. The XML interface is widely used by credit unions in home banking applications.
