SAN DIMAS, Calif. – In response to member feedback, the $15 billion WesCorp has enhanced its online member account solution, WAVE (WesCorp's Automated Virtual Employee). Enhancements include cash order, certificate purchase and user maintenance features. WesCorp members can now act as administrators of WAVE, adding users, changing user rights, deleting passwords, and other maintenance functions. WAVE access has been expanded to Saturdays, giving members access to non-transactional features such as account inquiries and check imaging. Members can also purchase fixed-rate or structured certificates via WAVE. Earlier this year WesCorp released a member study that found its members weren't completely satisfied with WAVE. "Through listening to our members and applying our technical expertise, we've shaped WAVE into a more effective channel of interactivity. WesCorp members now have expanded abilities and greater ease in accessing WesCorp's broad range of products and services," said Dick Johnson, President/CEO of WesCorp.
