ATLANTA - Netzee, a provider of Internet banking and e-commerce solutions for financials, has formed a strategic alliance with financial services firm TD Waterhouse to provide TD Waterhouse's online brokerage services to Netzee clients. Netzee officials said the alliance will help financials position themselves as one-stop-shops for consumers. Netzee was founded in 1999 as a subsidiary of the InterCept Group.
