The $1.7 billion, Pittsfield, Mass.-based Greylock Federal Credit Union promoted Kaci Nowicki to vice president, asset quality and real estate. In her new role, Nowicki will oversee underwriting and asset quality across Greylock, as well as set risk standards and align teams to support growth, new lending programs and secondary market expansion. She will also work closely with senior leadership to build scalable credit systems, improve risk governance and position Greylock for future opportunities while leading teams. Nowicki began her career with Greylock in 2013. She serves on the board of directors for Central Berkshire Habitat for Humanity, Berkshire Coalition for Suicide Prevention and the newly established Footprints Family Foundation, Inc.

Christina O'Brien, president/CEO for the $4.9 billion, Warner Robins, Ga.-based Robins Financial Credit Union, was recently honored by Scouting America with the Golden Eagle Award. The Golden Eagle Award recognizes individuals who exemplify the values of leadership, integrity and service within their communities. O'Brien was honored for her continued commitment to strengthening communities across Georgia through financial education, community outreach and initiatives that support youth development and leadership.

The $3.1 billion, Dunedin, Fla.-based Achieva Credit Union hired Brad Babin as vice president of enterprise technology. In his new role, he will oversee the credit union's technology operations and digital banking platforms, helping guide technology strategy across the organization while supporting secure, reliable and convenient banking experiences for members. Babin will focus on strengthening Achieva's technology infrastructure, supporting future growth and continuing to enhance the credit union's digital banking capabilities. His work will also include helping ensure members can access secure, dependable and user-friendly banking tools while maintaining the personalized service Achieva is known for. Babin brings more than 30 years of technology experience to the role, with extensive leadership experience across the financial services, government and health care sectors. Most recently, he served as SVP and chief information officer at Florida Central Credit Union ($622 million, Tampa, Fla.).

Montana's Credit Unions recognized four leaders during its annual Power Up conference, held May 19-20.

Eddie Black, president/CEO for the $51.9 million, Helena, Mont.-based Vocal Credit Union, was named Professional of the Year. With a career spanning more than three decades, Black was recognized for his sustained leadership, strategic vision and ability to drive lasting change.

Micah Bevans, accounting specialist for Montana Credit Union ($358.9 million, Great Falls, Mont.), was named Young Professional of the Year. Bevans has demonstrated remarkable growth in just six years, advancing through multiple roles, driving process improvements and embracing continuous learning, according to Montana's Credit Unions.

Con Malee, board chairman for the $202 million, Anaconda, Mont.-based Southwest Montana Community Federal Credit Union, received the Mitch Reed Volunteer of the Year award. Malee was honored for more than a decade of volunteer service. A collaborative and thoughtful leader, Malee has played a key role in guiding his credit union through growth and change while consistently advocating for strong governance and community impact, the League said.

Brandon Scala, SVP of community engagement for the $593 million, Billings, Mont.-based Valley Credit Union, received the Philosophy in Action Award for consistently turning values into action. Through leadership grounded in integrity, mentorship and community partnership, Scala has championed initiatives that expand access to education and opportunity while inspiring others to lead with purpose, according to Montana's Credit Unions.
