WEST
The $6.5 million, Richland, Wash.-based Gesa Credit Union hired Holden Bistline as vice president of internal audit. He brings more than a decade of financial services industry experience, having most recently served as vice president, audit manager for Columbia Bank, where he oversaw audit teams across the West Coast. In his new role, he will lead the credit union's internal audit department. In alignment with the credit union's Supervisory Committee, Bistline's work will focus on supporting the credit union's operations with integrity, safeguarding members' assets and confirming that Gesa's practices align with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies. He holds Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Information Systems Auditor certifications, along with project management credentials.

EAST
The $526 million, Orono, Maine-based UCU announced two promotions.
Shauna Baker was promoted to the newly-created role of vice president of member experience. In her new role, Baker will enhance the member experience at every touchpoint, as well as oversee the credit union's retail branch structure, deposit operations, and Bank Secrecy Act and fraud departments. Her career at UCU has spanned more than two decades, during which she has taken on roles across lending, operations and member service. Most recently, she served as loan operations manager, assistant vice president.

Martha Ward was promoted to SVP of technology and digital experience. In her new role, Ward will continue to deliver a highly productive technology strategy to best support the credit union team and build on the digital experience by providing the best tools possible in a safe banking environment. Since joining UCU in 2022, she has strengthened the credit union's technology strategy, furthered cybersecurity, improved digital delivery, and advanced the online and mobile tools members rely on. Ward holds an ISC2, Information Systems Security Management Professional (ISSMP) designation and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).

MIDWEST
The $8.3 billion, East Lansing, Mich.-based MSUFCU announced four promotions.
Tiffany Bock was promoted to vice president of Call Center. Bock joined MSUFCU in 2007. In her new role, she oversees a team of more than 100 employees committed to delivering exceptional member experiences. She drives the strategic direction and operational performance of the Call Center with a strong focus on service excellence and continuously elevating the member journey. She has more than 20 years of credit union experience.

Amber Hill was promoted to vice president of eServices and Video Services. Hill has been with MSUFCU since 2013, bringing a strong background in customer service and significant experience supporting call center operations. In her new role, Hill will support the eServices, Video Services and Personal Services teams leading transformative, member-focused initiatives that strengthen digital engagement and elevate service excellence across the organization.

Kara Maxey was promoted to vice president of member lending. Maxey joined MSUFCU in 2010. In her new role, she leads the organization's loan origination strategy, focusing on driving sustainable loan growth, ensuring regulatory compliance and achieving key sales and performance objectives. Maxey and her team also deliver superior member service and personalized guidance, connect members with the right lending solutions and support products that generate loan origination growth.

Elizabeth Nagy was promoted to credit risk operations manager. Nagy joined the credit union in 2019 and has held roles within both Member Services and Credit Risk. In her new role, she leads the organization's efforts in processing credit disputes, garnishments, levies and a broad portfolio of credit reporting responsibilities. She also emphasizes accuracy, compliance and consistent service delivery, ensuring that all credit‑related processes meet organizational standards and align with industry requirements.
