The $4.6 billion, Albuquerque, N.M.-based Sunward Federal Credit Union announced two promotions.

Jamie Aguilar was promoted to the newly-created role of chief lending officer. Aguilar has served Sunward for nearly two years, improving and expanding the credit union's loan products and services during a period of brand transformation, culture modernization and physical expansion. In her new role, Aguilar will oversee all Lending operations, including the Commercial, Consumer, Indirect, Mortgage, Lending Learning & Development and Loan Servicing teams.

Casey Bresnahan was promoted to SVP of commercial lending. After serving at Sunward for nearly a decade, Bresnahan will now oversee the credit union's broad commercial lending portfolio, ensuring success for Sunward's partners while developing new relationships and deepening existing partnerships. Bresnahan replaces Dan Cover, who retired from Sunward in February after nearly two decades of service.

The $2.8 billion, Springfield, Ore.-based SELCO Community Credit Union announced two promotions.

Mike Donaca was promoted to chief commercial lending officer. In his new role, he will join SELCO's senior management team, reporting directly to SELCO President/CEO Bob Newcomb, actively working with SELCO's board, and partnering on organizational strategic planning and execution. Donaca joined the credit union in April 2012 and has led the credit union's Commercial & Business Banking division since 2014. With more than 25 years of experience in commercial lending and banking leadership, he has focused on quality growth, sound credit practices and developing long-term relationships with businesses across SELCO's markets. He is a graduate of the Western School of Commercial Lending.

Michael Sauley was promoted to chief consumer lending officer. In his new role, he will also join SELCO's senior management team, reporting directly to SELCO President/CEO Bob Newcomb, actively working with SELCO's board, and partnering on organizational strategic planning and execution. He will continue overseeing SELCO's consumer lending and mortgage operations while helping guide credit strategy and risk management across the organization. Sauley's role has steadily expanded since joining SELCO in 2013 as vice president of consumer lending. He began providing leadership for SELCO Mortgage in 2014, and in 2021 was promoted to vice president of consumer lending and senior consumer credit officer. Sauley has worked in the financial services industry since 1991.

The $980 million, Austin, Texas-based Greater Texas | Aggieland Credit Union promoted Kayvee Kondapalli to EVP and chief information officer. Since joining the credit union in 2020, Kondapalli has fundamentally reshaped the role technology plays in enabling growth, service excellence and organizational resilience. He has built a modern, secure and scalable technology ecosystem that underpins the member experience. In addition, Kondapalli has significantly advanced the credit union's cybersecurity posture by implementing advanced monitoring tools and AI-enabled fraud detection to protect member assets and ensure business continuity. Kondapalli's career spans more than 22 years within the credit union industry. He holds an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and dual master's degrees in computer science and library and information sciences from Louisiana State University.

The Illinois Credit Union League (ICUL) named Jordan Harcharik, training and development manager at Streator Onized Credit Union ($409 million, Streator, Ill.), as its inaugural young professional associate director during its March 10, 2026 meeting. Harcharik will be sworn in during the ICUL Annual Meeting on April 14, 2026 in Springfield. Harcharik has spent nearly eight years at SOCU, advancing from training specialist to her current leadership role overseeing staff development, compliance training, strategic projects and financial education outreach across multiple school and community groups. At the League level, Harcharik has been active as an ICUL YP Advisory Committee Member, Tri-County Chapter Young Professional Representative, and contributor to chapter events and CUPAC fundraising initiatives.
