The $237 million, Waterville, Maine-based New Dimensions Federal Credit Union promoted Jason Michaud to EVP and CFO. In this expanded leadership role, Michaud will continue to oversee the credit union's financial strategy while working closely with the CEO to advance organizational priorities, strengthen enterprise risk management and support long-term strategic growth. Michaud has more than 20 years of financial leadership experience, including 15 years in executive roles within financial institutions and five years in state regulatory service. As CFO, Michaud has led all accounting and finance functions, including balance sheet management, interest rate risk, investment portfolio oversight, budgeting and overall financial risk management. His leadership responsibilities have expanded over time to include collections, cybersecurity, operations, and, in his new role, compliance.

The $3.5 billion, Dubuque, Iowa-based Dupaco Community Credit Union announced three board members were elected during its 77th Annual Membership meeting on Feb. 24.

Denise Dolan was elected to serve a three-year term on the board. Dolan has served on the Dupaco board since 1993 and is the retired Dubuque County Auditor. She will also serve as chair of Dupaco's Business Lending committee.

Andy Schroeder was elected to serve a three-year term on the board. Schroeder has been with the Dupaco board since 2014 and is vice president of digital services for Prenger Solutions Group in Dubuque. He will also serve as chair of Dupaco's CUSO Board of Managers.

Robert Wethal was elected to serve a three-year term on the board. Wethal joined Dupaco's board in 2012 and is vice president of patient care services and chief nursing officer for MercyOne Medical Center in Dubuque. He will also serve as chair of Dupaco's Nomination & Governance committee.

The GLCU Foundation for Financial Empowerment, the charitable arm of the $1.4 billion, Bannockburn, Ill.-based GLCU, announced two board appointments.

Joel Williams was appointed to the board of directors. Williams currently serves as president/CEO of Lake McHenry Habitat for Humanity, a role he assumed in 2021. Throughout his career, he has led mission-driven nonprofit organizations committed to strengthening communities and expanding opportunities for families in need.

Henry Gomez was appointed to the board of directors. Gomez currently serves as vice president of mortgage lending at Rate and is a long-standing advocate for community-based housing initiatives and financial counseling programs.

The $4.1 billion, Austin, Texas-based UFCU announced one promotion and two new hires.

Janice Matthews was promoted to vice president – retail. Matthews has been with UFCU for over 25 years, having most recently served as associate vice president – retail and lending experience. She also has held numerous leadership roles throughout UFCU's retail areas, including branches, operations and enablement. In her new role, Matthews will oversee UFCU's Retail Services & Experience and Investment Services teams. She will lead branch operations across several major Texas markets, including newly opened locations in the Houston area and a fully operational mobile branch.

Kalyan Rajamani was hired as chief technology officer. Rajamani brings more than two decades of leadership experience across software engineering, technology operations, information security and analytics. In his new position, he will play a key role in advancing UFCU's digital transformation and modernization efforts. Rajamani will lead UFCU's enterprise technology strategy, building a secure, scalable and resilient technology ecosystem that powers world-class member experiences and UFCU's growth ambitions. Rajamani has served in multiple technology leadership roles, including at First Tech Federal Credit Union ($13 billion, San Jose, Calif.), The Nielsen Company, Dynata, PCR Financial Aggregation and Tata Consultancy Services. His professional focus spans API architecture, machine learning, data platforms, AI and user experience design. He holds a PhD in applied mathematics.

Danielle Frawley was hired as chief lending officer. Frawley brings extensive leadership in lending, member experience and product strategy, having most recently served as chief growth officer at Community Financial Credit Union (now the $1.4 billion, Plymouth, Mich.-based orsa credit union). Her career also includes founding Lauderdale Collective, as well as executive roles at Fort Community Credit Union ($405 million, Fort Atkinson, Wis.) spanning lending, retail, marketing and member experience. She has also held roles at the Filene Research Institute and Blackhawk Community Credit Union ($910 million, Janesville, Wis.). In her new position, she will play a key role in strengthening UFCU's commitment to delivering accessible, affordable and modern financial solutions to its members. Frawley will lead Consumer Lending, Mortgage Lending and Business Banking, and will also oversee Business Development. Frawley is a graduate of CUNA Management School (CCUE), holds the Certified Senior Mortgage Examiner (CSME) designation, is a Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE) and was a Filene i3 innovator.

The $6.8 billion, Plano, Texas-based Catalyst Corporate Credit Union rehired Nathan Quade as vice president of sales. Quade brings decades of experience working alongside credit unions and community based financial institutions, having previously held senior sales and partnership leadership roles across the credit union and fintech landscape. He most recently served in senior sales and lender partnership roles at LendKey Technologies, supporting credit unions, asset managers and community banks as they expanded loan acquisition and trading capabilities. Earlier in his career, he spent more than a decade in senior national sales and consulting roles with Catalyst, where he worked closely with executives, ALCOs and boards on implementing best practices for balance sheet optimization, liquidity and risk management strategies. In his new role, Quade will lead Catalyst's sales efforts with a focus on strengthening member relationships, aligning solutions to credit union priorities and supporting sustainable growth across the organization.
