The $3.2 billion, Virginia Beach, Va.-based Chartway Credit Union announced five promotions.

Rob Keatts was promoted from EVP and chief strategy officer to EVP and chief growth officer. In this expanded role, Keatts continues to lead Chartway's enterprise strategy, innovation and corporate development efforts while assuming responsibility for mortgage and consumer lending. His scope includes aligning growth strategies across lending, digital, marketing, technology and strategic initiatives to drive sustainable performance and strong member outcomes. The role is designed to strengthen connections across teams, accelerate execution and ensure growth priorities remain closely tied to member needs and long-term business performance goals.

Ross Dundlow was promoted to SVP of risk management. In his new role, Dundlow provides enterprise-wide leadership across credit risk, fraud, compliance, enterprise risk management, information security and business continuity. He also partners closely with executive leadership to strengthen risk governance, support regulatory readiness and enable responsible growth while protecting member and organizational assets.

Stephanie Harney was promoted to SVP of member experience. In her new role, Harney leads Chartway's member care and contact center operations across key service channels, including voice, chat, video banking and interactive teller machines. She also focuses on delivering consistent, intuitive experiences that strengthen member satisfaction, loyalty and retention while supporting membership growth and enterprise performance.

Daniel Drehoff was promoted to vice president of financial planning. In his new role, Drehoff leads enterprise financial planning, forecasting, profitability analysis and long-term financial modeling. Serving as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, he also translates financial insights into actionable guidance that supports disciplined investment decisions, balance sheet strength and sustainable growth.

Jill Edsall was promoted to vice president of talent growth and readiness. In her new role, Edsall leads enterprise learning and development, leadership readiness and workforce capability strategies that support Chartway's people-first culture and long-term organizational performance.

The $3.8 billion, Lake Mary, Fla.-based Addition Financial Credit Union announced three promotions.

Joe MacLaren was promoted to general counsel. MacLaren joined Addition Financial in 2018 as assistant general counsel, bringing extensive experience navigating financial, legal and regulatory environments. In his new role, he will serve as the organization's chief legal officer, providing strategic legal guidance to leadership while ensuring strong governance, risk management and compliance practices that support the credit union's mission and growth.

Matt Walsh was promoted to SVP, information technology. Walsh joined the credit union eight years ago as vice president of information technology. In his new role, he will oversee all aspects of information technology, including governance, information security, infrastructure, support services, software development and core banking systems. He will also play a critical role in ensuring Addition Financial's technology platforms are secure, scalable and aligned with the organization's strategic goals.

Jennifer Fowler was promoted to chief of staff, a support role to the executive team. Fowler brings has than 20 years of experience in the banking and credit union industry, including 12 years with Addition Financial. In her new role, she serves as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the CEO, helping translate vision into action, align cross-functional teams and drive initiatives that advance the organization's mission.
