The $21.4 billion, Sacramento, Calif.-based Golden 1 Credit Union announced two promotions.
Dustin Luton, who joined Golden 1 in 2015, now serves as senior EVP and chief administrative officer. In this role, he oversees enterprise-wide functions spanning governance and strategy, financial and risk performance, technology and digital transformation, member experience operations and other core services supporting long-term growth.

John Fischer, who joined Golden 1 in 2023, now serves as senior EVP and chief growth officer. In his role, he leads strategic growth initiatives focused on expanding Golden 1's presence and delivering innovative, member-focused solutions, drawing on more than 40 years of financial services experience.

EAST
The Lighthouse Credit Union Foundation, the charitable arm of the $2 billion, Dover, N.H.-based Lighthouse Credit Union, hired Johanna Corcoran as executive director. In her new role, Corcoran will lead the Foundation's strategic direction and oversee day-to-day operations. Her responsibilities will also include advancing the Foundation's mission through fundraising, strategic partnerships and program development focused on affordable housing, food security and education in the credit union's footprint across New Hampshire and Southern Maine.
Corcoran brings nearly two decades of leadership and fundraising experience, have most recently served as executive director at Feed RI, where she led strategic planning and organizational growth for the Rhode Island nonprofit dedicated to addressing food insecurity.

MIDWEST
Joe Hearn, president/CEO for the $3.5 billion, Dubuque, Iowa-based Dupaco Credit Union, was named Outstanding Chief Executive by the Credit Union Executive Society (CUES). The award recognizes a CEO who demonstrates visionary leadership, organizational transformation, strong advocacy for the credit union movement and an unwavering commitment to members, employees and community impact. Hearn has led Dupaco since 2012 and is a Certified Chief Executive through CUES. He has chaired both the Iowa Credit Union League and CUES, and in 2019 was inducted into the CUES Hall of Fame for lifetime service to the credit union movement. The CUES Outstanding Chief Executive Award was presented to Hearn at the CUES Symposium on Feb. 2.

The $2.7 billion, Brighton, Mich.-based Lake Trust Credit Union hired Drew Jones as government affairs manager. Jones brings nearly 15 years of service in the Michigan Legislature, having most recently served as a senior legislative aide for policymakers in the Michigan House of Representatives and State Senate, advancing critical legislation. He also served as a key advisor in the development of economic relief packages that provided critical lifelines to Michigan's small businesses and restaurants during periods of economic volatility. In his new role, Jones will lead advocacy efforts in Lansing, Mich., and Washington, D.C., working to advance policies that strengthen the credit union movement and support financial well-being for members across Michigan.

VENDORS
The Dallas, Texas-based consulting firm On the Mark Strategies, which guides financial organizations in the areas of strategy, branding, marketing and training, hired Abby Trauth as member experience director. Trauth most recently served as senior director of innovations at Luminate, Louisiana Credit Unions. Before that, she was a sales director in the tourism industry. She holds a master's degree in hospitality and tourism management from the University of New Orleans. Outside of work, she runs the business development and marketing functions of her family's dentistry business.
