The $8.3 billion, Enola, Pa.-based Members 1st Federal Credit Union hired Ryan Riley as SVP of marketing. Riley brings more than two decades of leadership experience across higher education and the nonprofit sector, having most recently led marketing, communications and global partnerships at Harrisburg University. In his new role, Riley will oversee the marketing, relationship management and investment services teams. He will help guide the organization through its next phase of growth, bringing a fresh and experienced perspective to the work ahead. Riley serves as chairman of the Pennsylvania Partnership for Culture, Health, and Education, as a board member of CREDC and co‑founder of The Hill Society in Harrisburg.

Bruce K. Foulke, president/CEO for the $5.2 billion, Philadelphia-based American Heritage Credit Union, was recognized by South Jersey Biz in their 2026 list of Top CEOs and CFOs. South Jersey Biz's list honors "the leading executives who are helping transform the way business is conducted in South Jersey." Foulke has served as American Heritage's president/CEO for 47 years, joining when the credit union was known as Budd Workers Federal Credit Union and had $4 million in assets. Some of his notable achievements throughout his tenure include helping expand American Heritage's Workplace Partner network and opening more than 35 branches throughout Bucks, Delaware and Montgomery Counties, as well as in Philadelphia. He also founded the Kids-N-Hope Foundation, making American Heritage the first credit union in the United States to form its own nonprofit organization.

The $3.2 billion, Appleton, Wis.-based Fox Communities Credit Union promoted Sara Peterson to vice president of financial planning and data analysis. Peterson joined Fox in 2019 as a financial analyst and advanced to senior financial analyst in 2022. In 2023, she was promoted to assistant vice president of financial planning and analysis. In her new role, Peterson will provide strategic leadership across the financial planning and data analytics functions. She will oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial and operational analytics, and performance analysis while also leading the credit union's data analytics initiatives to support strategic decision-making. As a vice president, Peterson will ensure alignment with Fox's mission, vision and goals, delivering actionable insights that drive profitability, operational efficiency and member value.

The $2.7 billion, Brighton, Mich.-based Lake Trust Credit Union hired Renee Bush as a commercial solutions officer. In her new role, Bush will develop and manage business relationships in the Lansing market and across the state, delivering a full range of lending, deposit and treasury solutions. She previously held various positions at the $8.3 billion, East Lansing, Mich.-based Michigan State University Federal Credit Union (MSUFCU) for more than 12 years, including as a senior commercial loan officer and business services manager. At MSUFCU, Bush also served as a business development liaison for Lansing, Mich.

The World Council of Credit Unions in Madison, Wis., hired Liz Stanislawski as director of communications. Stanislawski brings more than 15 years of experience across the journalism, nonprofit, government, higher education and health care sectors. In her new role, she will lead WOCCU's corporate communications strategy, oversee global digital content and media relations, manage brand identity and serve as a public-facing representative of the organization. Stanislawski will oversee all trade association communications, including news and digital content, executive communications, advocacy messaging, global media engagement, annual and impact reporting, and communications for major events such as the World Credit Union Conference, along with global initiatives including International Credit Union Day. She will also partner with the Worldwide Foundation for Credit Unions to strengthen the unified WOCCU enterprise communications. Most recently, Stanislawski served as a senior communications leader at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She began her career in journalism, spending several years as a producer, reporter and editor.

Titan, a New York, N.Y.-based provider of an AI platform for banks, credit unions and fintech, appointed Blake Paulson to its Board of Directors. Paulson brings decades of leadership experience in financial services and regulatory oversight, having served as Acting Comptroller of the Currency. During his 35 years at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, he served in various capacities including senior deputy comptroller for supervision risk and analysis and COO.

The Dallas, Texas-based financial advisory firm ALM First hired Jennifer Walker as director, sales and client relations. Walker brings more than 15 years of financial services and fintech experience including a strong background supporting depository institutions through lending, partnership development and strategic growth initiatives. Most recently, she served as senior director of institutional partnerships for a national online loan marketplace. Earlier in her career, she held roles overseeing loan origination and processing at Crest Mortgage, Vintage Lending and United Capital Financial. In her new role, Walker will work closely with community bank leadership teams to understand their balance-sheet priorities and strategic objectives, helping identify tailored solutions across asset-liability management, investment advisory services and more. Walker currently serves as vice president of the Dallas Chapter of Financial Women in Texas.
