Mike Dubuque

The $2.4 billion, Littleton, Mass.-based Workers Credit Union hired Mike Dubuque as chief of growth initiatives. Dubuque brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across credit unions, financial services and community organizations, having most recently served at a company he founded, Green Bridge Community Partners, where he advised credit unions on innovative investment opportunities and strategic growth solutions. Prior to that, he rose through the leadership ranks over 12 years at Jeanne D'Arc Credit Union ($2.2 billion, Lowell, Mass.). In his new role, Dubuque will lead WCU's work around new locations, footprint expansion, partnerships and other growth initiatives that support the organization's long-term success. He holds an MBA from Bentley University in Waltham, Mass., as well as a Certified Chief Executive designation from the CUES CEO Institute. He also served on the Tufts Medicine Lowell General Hospital Board of Directors.

Ed Wigfield

The $8.3 billion, Waterloo, Iowa-based Veridian Credit Union hired Ed Wigfield as a mortgage loan originator in Eden Prairie, Minn. Wigfield has been in the mortgage lending industry for 20 years. He owned a small mortgage company for seven years before joining Veridian in early January 2025.

SOUTH

Alesha Zendejas

The $189.9 million, Duncan, Okla.-based Endurance Federal Credit Union promoted Alesha Zendejas to assistant vice president of lending. Zendejas, who has been in the financial industry since 2006, started her career at Endurance as a member service representative. She was then promoted though the loan department, most recently to the position of assistant vice president of lending. Zendejas is very active in the Duncan High School Band Booster and is a volunteer for The Beautiful Day Foundation.

LEAGUES

Jasmine Smith

The League of Credit Unions, the trade association representing credit unions in Alabama, Florida, Georgia and Virginia, hired Jasmine Smith as senior director of advocacy engagement. Smith brings more than seven years of experience in advocacy, nonprofit development and relationship building. She previously held development roles at national nonprofit organizations focused on civic engagement and leadership development, where she built strategic partnerships and advanced initiatives designed to empower communities and foster collaboration.

VENDORS

Movemint (formerly Digital Storefront), a provider of an embedded digital marketing platform for community financial institutions, announced three new hires.

Dermot Loughran was hired as director of business development. Loughran brings extensive experience in sales and account leadership, having most recently served as senior director of strategic enterprise accounts at Ministry Brands. His career also includes leadership roles at Backbase, Fiserv, Harland Financial, The New York Credit Union Association and ESL Federal Credit Union ($9.8 billion, Rochester, N.Y.), where he gained expertise in digital banking, fintech partnerships and credit union ecosystems.

Amaha Selassie was hired as vice president of business development. Selassie, a seasoned payments and partnerships executive, most recently served at Deluxe as strategic partnership development manager. He previously served as chief revenue officer at eMailACheck. In addition, his experience spans executive roles at EpicPay, Elavon, Moneris, Up Solutions and Mercury Payment Systems.

Avery Flynn was hired as business development executive. Flynn was most recently a senior account executive at Harness, an embedded software technology provider. She brings experience working with technology-forward nonprofits that work closely with credit unions and growth-focused teams.​

NCR Atleos Corporation, a provider of self-service financial access solutions, hired Rohan Pal as chief information officer. Pal brings more than 25 years of experience leading technology strategy and digital transformation for global organizations. His expertise spans IT modernization, cybersecurity, cloud solutions and digital product development. He most recently served as chief technology officer at WillScot, and before that, as chief transformation officer at ServiceNow. His career also includes leadership roles in fintech, manufacturing and product transformation at global organizations such as Brinks, Tyco, HD Supply and Home Depot. Pal holds an MBA from Dartmouth's Tuck School of Business in Hanover, N.H., a master's in supply chain strategy from Georgia Tech and a master's in computer engineering from St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas.
